Data Deletion Instructions
Users of Restless OS can request deletion of their personal data and any Meta-connected data at any time.
How to request deletion
You may request deletion of your data in one of the following ways:
- Email us at: privacy@restless.agency
- Or disconnect your Meta account from inside Restless OS (if available)
Please include your account email address and the Meta Business or Ad Account associated with your request.
What data will be deleted
When a deletion request is received, we will permanently delete:
- Your user account information
- Meta advertising data (campaigns, ad accounts, insights, and business assets accessed via Meta)
- Connected creative assets and performance data
- AI-generated insights derived from Meta data
Processing time
All deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., accounting or security records), but no Meta-sourced data will be retained after deletion is completed.
